What is Corporate Endorsement?
Each EMBA candidate must obtain corporate endorsement once accepted to the programme. Corporate endorsement means:
| • |
Your employer believes that you would benefit from and thrive in the EMBA |
| • |
Your company acknowledges the time commitment you need to successfully complete the programme. |
Corporate endorsement does not necessarily mean that your employer is paying the full tuition fees for the programme. |
|
|
 |
Do I need company financial sponsorship to enrol?
While many INSEAD EMBA or Tsinghua EMBA participants have partial or full corporate sponsorship, we expect that a number of students for this joint programme will be self-supporting, or will arrange for educational loans. |

Why should my company sponsor me?
The Tsinghua-INSEAD EMBA Programme is a win-win proposal for sponsoring companies. The company invests in developing your skills, recognising your achievements, and preparing you for the executive level. At the same time you apply your learning through essays, reflection papers and, most of all a major corporate project (e.g. new market entry; due diligence on an acquisition), all with faculty mentoring. Finally, companies see substantial improvement in people and team management through the leadership development process. All this is worth considerably more than the tuition fee and the opportunity cost of your time. |

 |
I have my own company. Do I need any other sponsor?
No. Private consultants and business owners who submit their application for the Tsinghua-INSEAD EMBA programme are considered self-sponsored. |
