Our EMBA will boost both your management proficiency and your leadership skills. Gaining confidence as a leader, you will learn to turn a group of disconnected people into a strong, motivated team. You will acquire the skills to shape collective ambition and infuse values into your firm.
To make all this happen, our Leadership Development Process provides personal, hands-on approaches to improving leadership skills, supported by INSEAD’s Global Leadership Centre.
Our process will help you identify and develop your own leadership skills. You will receive a comprehensive report with 360-degree feedback on twelve dimensions of leadership, a professional coach will help you reflect upon this feedback and define a personal development action plan with specific improvement goals. You will also have individual coaching sessions and be supported through a group feedback process to help you achieve these goals.
Your route to leadership will also be eased by the Executive Exchange. You and a fellow participant will observe and understand each other’s communications and management behaviour. You will need to provide constructive and sensitive feedback, as well as reflect upon lessons for your own leadership style. Issues relating to self-development and career management will also be explored in depth. |
