| Acknowledgement - once your application is received, we will send you an acknowledgement by e-mail. It is Tsinghua and INSEAD policy not to answer requests about the status of applications. We will contact you as soon as decisions are made and no later than three weeks after receiving your complete application material. If you have not received any acknowledgement that your application has been received within four weeks of sending it to us, please send an email to INSEAD - janine.serieys@insead.edu; Tsinghua - liushh@sem.tsinghua.edu.cn |

| Preliminary review and pre-selection - your application is not considered complete until all required items have arrived these include your personal information application form, essays, original GMAT score, original TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS or Cambridge proficiency score if appropriate, original and certified transcripts, two reference letters and application fee. It is then reviewed by the pre-selection teams. Those pre-selected are invited for interview. |

Interviews -

INSEAD pre-selected candidates are invited to an interview with either a faculty member or an alumnus/alumna to complete the assessment. Interviews will take place on INSEAD’s Asian or European campus, or via telephone. |

Tsinghua pre-selected candidates are invited to a jury interview with the Dean, Director and/or senior alumni. These interviews take place on campus on a series of pre-defined dates (see above). |

Final review & decision - once the interview is completed and documented, the Admissions Committee will convene to review the complete application and will take the decision. You will be advised by mail/e-mail of the outcome as soon as the final decision is reached. |
